We are incredibly proud to share a recent initiative we held for our assembly line colleagues: the "Kempen RBA (Responsible Business Alliance): Jom Ulang Bersama-sama" campaign!

The goal was to create an open and inclusive space where our employees could refresh their understanding of their rights, engage in meaningful discussions about the RBA principles that protect them, and feel empowered to voice any concerns confidently.

This campaign not only reinforces our commitment to ethical labour practices but also underscores a key part of our broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. By fostering a safe, respectful, and transparent workplace, we are strengthening the Social pillar of ESG demonstrating our dedication to safeguarding the well-being and rights of our people.
